1. Acceptance

By accessing dev-belt.com you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Dev-Belt provides browser-based developer tools including JSON formatters, hash generators, Base64 encoders/decoders, regex testers, JWT decoders, cybersecurity utilities, DevOps generators, Web3 tools, and more. Free tools are available without an account. Pro tools require a paid subscription.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• Accounts are for individual use only — no sharing
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Pro Subscription

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly ($12/month) or annually ($99/year)
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel at any time through the account dashboard; access continues until the period end
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of charge
• Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Dev-Belt to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or automate tool usage at scale
• Resell or sublicense access to the tools
• Use the cybersecurity tools for unauthorized access to systems you do not own
• Circumvent subscription restrictions

6. Intellectual Property

Dev-Belt and its content are owned by us and protected by copyright. Tool outputs generated by you belong to you. You grant us no rights to tool inputs or outputs — these never leave your browser.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Dev-Belt is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that tools are error-free, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose. Security tools are provided for educational and authorized testing purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dev-Belt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to subscribers.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted.
